( 1)	All equity securities of Issuer (including but not limited to common stock, preferred stock, stock options and warrants) have been canceled in connection with its emergence from bankruptcy. All stock options to purchase common stock held by the reporting person were also canceled. The cancellation of these options is exempt from reporting pursuant to Rule 16a-4(d), and, accordingly, is not included in this Form 4.
